As they continue to grow they are on the look out for a skilled and motivated individual to play a pivotal role in shaping customer lifecycle strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute and manage CRM marketing programs to enhance lead conversion rates and customer lifetime value. Collaborate with affiliate partners for new customer acquisition Analyse data to drive sales conversion, product adoption, and customer retention Implement initiatives for customer advocacy, improving customer experience, and brand equity Apply A/B testing methodologies in marketing campaigns Identify customer segments for targeted marketing programs Develop compelling customer communications through various channels, including SMS, email and push notifications.
