We are expanding in the Brownsville Area and looking for aggressive, self starter, motivated people with excellent written and verbal communication, and persuasiveness skills for implementing marketing plans for bringing in new students for tutoring. Job Description: We are seeking Marketing Associates to assist with our strategic marketing plan for the Brownsville Area. The successful candidate will demonstrate teaching and/or industry experience in marketing. Candidates must be prepared to interact with parents, students and school districts. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. (Spanish) Our Marketing Associates will be discussing our program with parents/students. We will assist our contractors by providing active leads. Responsibilities included but not limited to are Travelling to different schools. Heavy Door-to-door Marketing Meeting with school directors, parents and students Participating in school's open houses -- meet parents and students--explain our program Sell them the value of our services Requirements: Strong quantitative and analytical problem solving skills. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing for the purpose of interaction. Strong Organization and Time Management skills. Demonstrate an ability to thrive in a highly visible, fast paced environment, managing multiple conflicting priorities. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing for the purpose of interaction Education Requirements: -Must have a High School Diploma -Must be able to pass background check/drug screen -College degree a plus!
