Marketing Sales Assistant

Description:
We are looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Part-Time OR Full-Time Marketing Assistant. The primary focus of this role will be to assist in managing our social media presence, coordinating events, webinars, open houses, and other marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing our brand visibility and expanding our network of referral partners, including realtors, CPAs, financial advisors, and other professionals in the industry. Location: This position is based in our office in Metairie, Louisiana. Responsibilities:• Manage and update our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging content, including relevant articles, industry news, and promotional materials.• Assist in planning and coordinating open houses, networking events, and webinars to showcase our services and establish connections with referral partners.• Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, CPAs, financial advisors, and other potential referral partners to generate leads and business opportunities.• Phone Calls for check-ins with current and past clients.• Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations, to support promotional activities.• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and social media campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and social media. Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.• Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or related roles is a plus.• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.• Familiarity with the mortgage industry or real estate sector is advantageous but not required.• Must be personable, energetic, and have an achiever mentality.
