This position is designed to train, coach, and develop our employees with the intent of advancement and better opportunities. You will work your way through different roles to gain a complete understanding of how our company operates and grows. **Our goal is to provide career-minded individuals the tools and skills necessary to join our management team within 2-3 years** POSITION DETAILS:Fall/Winter/Spring - Marketing Representative Responsible for generating leads by offering free, no-obligation lawn care quotes to homeowners Door to door community outreach, No selling is required! Monday-Friday, 10:30am - 7:00pm $18 - 25 per hour after training, $18 per hour for training Summer/Fall - Lawn Care Technician Perform fertilizer, weed control, and insect applications for our residential customers Quote potential customers in the field for lawn care services Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 3pm (varies throughout the season) $20 - 30 / hr average, $30+ / hr top performers performance based pay As a member of Weed Man you will enjoy: Competitive Compensation/Bonus Program/401k Health/Dental/Vision Insurance Paid Training, Vacation and Holidays Advancement Opportunities Weed Man is looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals who meet the following: Excellent oral and written communication skills Clean driving record and insurable under company provider, reliable transportation Available to work evening hours during the winter, flexible hours available on weekends!
