Job Summary Join a growing family-owned company! We are looking for fun, energized people to fill a Marketing Representative role. You will be making outbound calls to increase the regional agent base and increase sales by tailoring products and services to the individual agent needs. Bi-Weekly Bonuses: Earn an average of $400 or more monthly in addition to base pay! Primary responsibilities will be: Locate and recruit licensed candidates to build our growing agents base Learn, retain and deliver product/industry information Handle incoming calls and other communications and offer sales support Discuss the services we offer to promote new sales Stay in contact with existing agents Communicate effectively and professionally in person, over the phone, and in writing with agents, carriers, supervisors, and direct reports Process business applications Accurately input information into tracking systems within required time frames Navigate various websites and computer systems, adding necessary information/documentation within required time frames Other Duties. Additional responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: Experience in sales or in a related field preferred Warm personality with strong communication skills Self-driven with the ability to work under minimal direction Attention to detail and superior follow-through Critical thinking Flexibility to adapt Ability to multitask and be well organized Ability to work well as a team and individually Ability to plan and organize Ability to represent the company in a professional and positive manner Ability to maintain confidentiality Education and Experience: High school diploma Microsoft Office proficiency required Benefits : Workweeks are 31 hours, pay based on 31 hours. Monday-Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm, Fri 9am - 12pm.Vacation and retirement package, holiday pay, and bonus package. No health benefits at this time.
