Marketing Professional Strittmatter Wealth Management Group, LLC - Fort Worth, TX Contractor/ Remote Position Strittmatter Wealth is a fast-growing financial planning firm looking for a Marketing Professional who will report to the Marketing Team. Job Duties and Responsibilities Undertake daily tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities Support marketing staff in organizing various projects Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.) Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success Prepare and deliver promotional presentations Compose and post online content on the company's website and social media accounts Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company's presence in the market Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships Assist in managing companies: Websites, SEO, and site performance. WordPress editing and design. Social media design, monitoring, and input on social media strategies. Cold and warm prospecting utilizing lead funnels, digital advertising, events, webinars, email nurturing, etc. Assistance with PR, company brand awareness, and brand presence in DFW. Assistance with Outdoor advertising and tv/radio campaigns. Assist in the creation and delivery of the overall marketing calendar and within target deadlines. Work across multiple marketing automation platforms as needed (i.e. Adobe iCloud, WordPress, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Business Manager, Active Campaign, SendGrid, Redtail, etc.) Implement campaign performance targets and utilize data to communicate results and recommend areas of optimization of consumer and customer journeys. Job Requirements Minimum of 3+ years of marketing and design experience. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, marketing, business, or a related field. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have a background in strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
