Apple Ice is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager is the keeper and protector of our company's visual identity. The position is responsible for producing sales collateral, advertisements, social media/digital content, and branding materials that effectively reflect Apple Ice's values and brand, as well as engage our target audiences. Our ideal candidate is an individual who possesses keen insight into both marketing and graphic design. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): · Evolve and adapt company branding · Maintain consistent, cohesive, coherent brand messaging · Create and order visual assets for print and digital use (e.g., brochures, sell sheets, data sheets, social media posts, landing pages, branded swag) · Conduct independent research regarding the values and characteristics of the company, target audiences, and competitors · Develop Marketing campaigns and messaging for targeted audiences · Communicate and strategize with leadership team · Manage company social media accounts/calendar · Create monthly newsletter/email blasts · Update company website and landing pages · Develop other branding elements · Production of sign and banners. · Application of graphic vinyl (field work) · Interior sign production for new stores such as category sign, department sign, sale sign and banner. · Source vendors and promo items as needed Requirements & Skills: · Proven graphic design experience · A strong print and digital design portfolio · Demonstrable experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and other industry software/applications · Working knowledge of WordPress and Wix · Thorough understanding of marketing processes and practices · Excellent communication skills and collaboration skills · Ability to work methodically and independently to meet deadlines · Ability to receive constructive criticism and feedback · Ability to outline/manage design process, workflow, and budget · Ability to organize/Prioritize your time and projects · Strong conceptualization, layout, color theory skills · Strong understanding of preparing files for printing · At least 5 years of design experience (preferably in a creative agency/design firm setting) Job Posted by ApplicantPro
