As the Marketing Manager at the Chamber of Digital Commerce, you will help drive the organization's marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support membership growth. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, with a focus on analytics, SEO, email marketing, and other digital initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, an understanding of digital marketing techniques, and a passion for the blockchain and digital asset industry. Location: Washington, DC (preferred) or Remote ( minimum 3 days in office per week if located in DC area) Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals, including lead generation, membership growth, event promotion, and brand awareness. Utilize analytical tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. Lead the organization's SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO enhancements to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Manage the organization's email marketing strategy, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis, to optimize engagement and conversion rates. Collaborate with internal teams, including communications, events, and membership, to align marketing efforts and amplify key messages and initiatives. Assist in developing content marketing strategies to create compelling and engaging content across various channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and infographics. Help manage the organization's digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, and social media ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions. Stay up to date on emerging marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations for innovative strategies to drive engagement and growth. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to identify new opportunities and help inform marketing strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, analytics, and strategy, preferably in the tech, finance, or advocacy sectors. Proven experience in SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building, with a strong understanding of SEO tools and best practices. Expertise in email marketing platforms and techniques, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. Strong analytical skills to track and measure campaign performance and ROI. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences and channels. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive results. Strong project management and organizational skills. Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools. Experience managing digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Experience in fundraising and member/donor communications within a trade organization or nonprofit setting. Passion for the blockchain and digital asset industry. Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and Pardot. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and an eye for design.
