Salary: $80,000 - 100,000/yearThis position allows for 3-4 days per week remote / work from home. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all aspects of our marketing in-person and virtual events, as well as managing our social media presence. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing event strategies to promote brand awareness and engagement. Plan and execute various marketing events, including product launches, tradeshows, and our virtual annual conference. Coordinate logistics for events, including promotion, venue selection, catering, audio-visual/electrical setup, and on-site coordination. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, account management, and support, to align event activities with overall marketing and business goals. Report on event progress, ensure deadlines and budgets are met, and coordinate the efforts of internal and external stakeholders. Manage and curate content for all social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and marketing goals. Create compelling and shareable social media content, working with the creative team to create graphics, videos, and written posts. Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive brand image. Work cross-functionally to ensure different departments share and interact with posts. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in marketing, events, project management, or a related field. Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing events. Experience in Health IT Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
