Description Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This position will take part in the hybrid workforce strategy which includes virtual work and in office days 1-2 times per week. The Marketing Lead/Manager is responsible for developing enterprise marketing strategies and ensuring the marketing strategy aligns with the enterprise-wide strategy. How You Will Make an Impact: Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: * Builds market product / marketing plans. * Assists in product pricing assessment and recommendations. * Serves as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution. * Coordinates the development and review of communication materials with appropriate resources. * Leads development of marketing collateral to support marketing plans. Coordinates with public relations to support marketing initiatives. * Provides leadership and direction to marketing support and creative staff. Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience: * Managed care experience preferred. * Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills. * Experience with B2B and B2C marketing * Digital and social marketing experience Please be advised that Elevance Health only accepts resumes for compensation from agencies that have a signed agreement with Elevance Health.
