As an Intern, you will work closely with a Department Lead who will provide you with hands-on projects and daily tasks to help you become career ready. Interested candidates should apply online at www.camillocompanies.com/careers JOB DESCRIPTION Company : Legend Homes Job Title : Marketing Intern Department : Marketing Reports to : Director of Marketing Technology Status : Non-Exempt, Hourly Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our marketing department to help with new and ongoing marketing projects to help maintain and enhance our marketing presence within our industry. This role will be given tasks and projects to get hands on experience in the many facets of marketing including, but not limited to, photography, events, social media, advertising, and operations. This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment. Duties/Responsibilities:Assist and Support the Marketing Team by: Providing overall marketing support to the marketing team, including completing administrative tasks, data entry, social media projects, market research, and market analysis. Reviewing current photography and organizing the company's digital assets. Make field visits to nearby communities to assist with sales gallery presentation execution, signage planning, community presentation, amenity cleanliness, and more. Evaluating the new Legend Homes website and providing feedback, recommendations, and updates as needed. Assisting with brand awareness projects, including developing social media posts, evaluating current data, and more. Helping support upcoming community, REALTOR, and resident events. Assist with all other duties as assigned. Present findings and project efforts to leadership team at end of internship. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent time management skills, detail-orientation and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with advanced conflict resolution skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in English. Must be able to articulate needs and convey information verbally and in writing effectively with employees, customers, supervisors, and co-workers throughout the organization.
