Position Details Provide creative graphic solutions from concept and design to execution while maintaining the integrity of the brand across all mediums. What Y ou Offer Associates or bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field. Two years graphic design experience preferred. Possess effective computer skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. Ability to successfully manage multiple projects, collaborate with various team members, and provide and receive feedback. Experience with photography, videography, and WordPress a plus. Assist with concept, design, and execution of all print and digital assets for the organization. Maintain brand standards in all creative materials. Assist in social media content development and scheduling. Oversee and optimize the employee intranet site including assisting with content development. Posting prepared content, and assuring all content is aligned with brand standards. Provide support with planning and execution of organization events. Produce photography and deliver final product for various sources including corporate marketing and communications materials. Provide support with the development and implementation of website content. Excel at working independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities. Communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing. Pass a background study through the Minnesota Department of Human Services. Work Schedule Full-time; 80 hours per biweekly pay period.
