We need an awesome Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a small company, we are looking for someone who can wear multiple hats and can work collaboratively with our team to help bring healthy, long-term growth to our business. Primary Roles and Responsibilities: General Duties and Responsibilities Planning . Align online marketing to our overall marketing calendar (primarily advertising schedules and placements, as well as promotion schedules). Analysis . Provide insight and regular status reports on effectiveness of online marketing programs. Execution on Social Marketing, Web Management, Email Marketing, and Content Design & Production. Social Marketing Develop a social marketing strategy across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest Coordinate social media posts, including responding to and interacting with customers Utilize Planoly to plan out organic social posts; create and post content Coordinate with external agency for execution of paid media execution. Web Management Help create and manage website content for both DTC and B2B Shopify sites, along with 3 rd party sales channels (ie. Faire, Amazon) Email Marketing Coordinate with external agency for execution of email & sms marketing. Help plan email marketing campaigns for both B2B and DTC customers Assist in developing all content, including imagery, copy, etc. Content Design and Production Photograph products in lifestyle settings to be used for social media / website Help coordinate external, seasonal photoshoots with photographers. Manage library of images for marketing Design content as necessary for web, social, print/digital catalogs, ads websites, postcards, store signage, etc. Marketing Coordinator Qualifications / Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of organization and attention to detail Comfortable with multi-tasking Excellent time-management skills Must have experience managing social media accounts for a brand (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest) Ability to work well independently and be self‐motivated, as well as work effectively as a team member and collaborate with others Ability to spot emerging trends & apply them to current marketing promos and executions Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Requirements Passionate about marketing, customer experiences, and socks! Must have product-based online marketing experience and specific experience within sock, gift, or apparel companies is preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Communications / Marketing 1-3 years experience in Marketing Experience working in Shopify and Klaviyo. Experience with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word) Must be based in Portland, OR Position is in-person at our office in SE Portland. Hybrid options can be discussed.
