A Day in the Life of a Marketing and Communications Coordinator You will be part of a talented team who is getting the message out to key audiences across the U.S. and Canada. You are responsible for developing elegant, content-rich brochures, newsletters, posters, and emails, as well as print, digital, and web content. Your work producing graphically compelling posts, infographics, and marketing materials will help highlight the firm's outstanding work. You will work in partnership with our Communications and Marketing Teams, helping to communicate effectively, and ensuring that Toole Design's values, capabilities, and culture are clearly conveyed in our internal and external communications. Qualifications of a Marketing and Communications Coordinator: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, Art, English, or a related field, preferred 1-3 years of professional experience Experience in graphic design, layout design, and copyediting Experience working in multiple platforms to develop websites (e.g. WordPress and Squarespace) and communication campaigns including but not limited to LinkedIn, MailChimp, and Instagram Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop Proficiency with other Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Proficiency with SketchUp, a plus Familiarity with scheduling tools for social media and email, a plus You'll be great here if: Content is your game, and designing, developing, and deploying it comes naturally You can multi-task and can juggle multiple projects at once, while delivering high-quality work on time You have exceptional organizational skills You have effective communication skills, whether written, verbal, or graphical You are a storyteller and can share the important work Toole Design does in a visually engaging way You can build relationships, bring enthusiasm to exciting projects, and are detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills You enjoy working independently but also collaborating with a diverse team Work Schedule for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator This full-time position typically works a flexible schedule of 40 hours a week. We also provide employees with the flexibility and necessary equipment to work from home 2-3 days per week. The Madison office of Toole Design is conveniently located just off the Capitol Square, one block from State Street's bike friendly transit corridor and easily accessible by the Madison Metro bus system.
