A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST As our Marketing & Business Development Specialist, you have the important job of expanding our client base by establishing new service relationships with medical practices. As you work from home, you identify, market to, and reach out to qualified healthcare practices that would benefit from our service. Knowledgeable about our on-site diagnostic ultrasound service, you easily convey how our service adds value to a practice. Your intelligent presentation results in a profitable relationship that benefits our clients, our company, and you! Coordinating with team members, you facilitate the smooth initiation of new accounts. Committed to providing excellent customer service, you follow up to ensure each client's needs are being met. You capably prioritize multiple tasks, promptly responding to phone calls and emails and resolving any issues that arise. Tech-savvy and curious, you are on a never-ending quest to enact and execute strategies that will improve our process. You lean into a continuous cycle of learning and experimentation with marketing initiatives using various sales-engagement platforms such as Salesforce, Data Axle Genie, MailChimp, Microsoft Teams, Google Ads and others. From our website to LinkedIn Sales Navigator to Facebook, you make sure that Videre has a positive and significant online presence. From managing our online presence to running digital marketing campaigns, you know how to ensure Videre's message reaches its target audience. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, including sales prospecting and lead generation. Experience managing marketing initiatives, including digital, social media, email and print campaigns, etc. Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, etc. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or another related field is preferred. Experience in healthcare sales and marketing is a plus! We prefer you to be located in Charlotte, NC; however, qualified candidates outside of this will be considered. Are you comfortable leading both remote and in-person sales meetings? Can you stay motivated while you work from home? Do you have the creative talent to drive marketing campaigns?
