Responsibilities: Synchronize and facilitate the flow of work and materials between and within a company's departments. Coordinate between supply chain, production, and quality departments to remove obstacles to meeting deadlines. Problem solving to reduce the impact of late deliveries or production delays to a customer’s requested ship date. Work closely with production staff in the development of the weekly and monthly production schedule. Analyze and identify risks built into the Master Production Plan considering manufacturing lead times and capacity constraints. Support company-wide goals for on-time delivery to customer requested dates. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business management or other related field 2+ years of related work experience in manufacturing of consumer-packaged goods Has experience in working collaboratively across multi-functional teams Can analyze complex data sets and provide clear recommendations and action planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel. Familiarity with production planning software Organized, efficient and detail oriented.
