Summary Starting Wage: 21.28; Plus shift premium Healthcare Benefits available Day One Includes health, dental, vision, and more 401k Match and Profit Sharing Our growing company is looking for a Manufacturing Helper to join our team As a Manufacturing Helper you will assist Machine Operators on production equipment with an emphasis on safety and quality. As a member of the team, you will receive the training and experience needed to advance to the role of Machine Operator. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in the safe operation of production equipment to produce quality products by continual adjustments of gauges that control speed, temperature, and pressure.: Understands and adheres to all safety rules and procedures.: Produce orders on time to satisfy customer needs and production requirements.: Perform product labeling, packing, wrapping and helping to supply line for production.: Assists with all required quality inspections, testing, and documentation.: Comply with company standards with regard to housekeeping and 6S on machines and surrounding areas.: Helps perform routine preventative maintenance.: Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.: Basic math, reading, and computer skills. : High awareness toward safety.: Ability to solve problems and apply critical thinking.: Ability to communicate effectively.: Able to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Associate/college:level courses or trade school preferred, but not necessary. : Ability to operate cranes, forklift, and other related equipment.: Extrusion experience. Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, and bending.: Pushing, pulling, lifting at least 30lbs.: Hand/eye coordination.
