Job Overview The Manager, Treasury is accountable for the maintenance and execution of Asset Liability Management models and reporting at First Ontario Credit Union. This includes the development, implementation and monitoring of policies, procedures and practices for First Ontario's interest rate risk/liquidity management, and financial modeling and analysis. This role is responsible for producing timely and accurate monthly forecasts, as well as running the annual margin budget process. The Manager, Treasury will also be responsible for other Treasury activities such as Funds Transfer Pricing, Risk Adjusted Return on Capital, assisting with liquidity and interest rate risk management strategies, contributing valuable analysis to the ALCO and Margin committees, and developing/running Treasury Analytics to support our reporting capabilities. Role Manage the forecast and budgeting process and modeling. Provide detailed analysis on forecasts, changes and the impacts Develop new forecasting tools to provide better analysis for decision making, for example developing forecasted interest rate.
