Position Title: Manager, Strategy & Analytics - Remote Salary: $110,000 - 120,000 (commensurate with experience) At E15, we are the spark that ignites. For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: www.e15group.com Job Summary As a Manager , you will leverage data, analytical methods, and strategic thinking to discover insights about food & beverage operations for our education sector. Your curiosity and intellect will help you uncover meaningful insights to improve operational efficiencies and financial results. You’ll get to see your work in action, measuring the outcomes of implementing your recommendations first-hand. You won’t be alone – you will work with over 100 data & analytics colleagues to deploy our proprietary products, identify new opportunities, and oversee ad hoc projects. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Explore operational, financial, and experiential data from internal and external sources with curiosity Think strategically about how to measure performance and recommend changes that will improve operational processes, financial outcomes, and more Develop collaborative relationships with the leadership team to understand their strategic priorities and business objectives Maintain and enhance the data visualization reporting Manage and/or complete ad hoc analytics projects Communicate frequently and clearly to ensure your efforts align with education sector CFO, key stakeholders, and the E15 Director of Strategy and Analytics REQUIRED SKILLS Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in business analytics, economics, statistics, or a related field 6+ years of experience in an analytical or consulting role Tableau & SQL Great work ethic with a strong sense of urgency to support teammates and stakeholders Able to pivot as their needs and priorities change Proven track record of thinking strategically and delivering actionable insights Foodservice experience preferred, but not required Travel Expectation: 10-20% Preferred Locations: Chicago & Charlotte Apply to E15 today!
