The opportunity Reporting to the Vice President, Community Programs and Engagement, this 15-month contract opportunity as the Manager, Program Development – Jump Rope for Heart (JRFH) is responsible for leading the strategic development and implementation of program development plans for the popular national youth community program, Jump Rope for Heart. This includes defining objectives, determining tactics and execution, operations, and fundraising support. If you are skilled at developing and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, have experience managing numerous projects and priorities from initial idea through execution, have leadership experience and a positive track record of developing a digital program that ensures teams meet or exceed fundraising goals, we want to hear from you! This 15 month contract offers a hybrid work opportunity for someone who lives in the GTAwho wants to work mainly from a home office, but also has the flexibility.
