Job Duties: Lead and oversee PayPals high-value merchant strategy. Lead a cross-functional team with members from the Database Marketing, Sales, Strategy, and Analytics departments. Design and project manage the launch of new automated technology that bridge infrastructure gaps, drive stronger synergies between PayPals Marketing and Sales organizations, and unlock the power of omnichannel selling to maximize sales and business revenue. Design and orchestrate scalable, data driven and high-impact marketing programs across the U.S. and core European markets that will drive 1M new cross-sell activations. Partner closely with Zettle, Product and Sales teams to understand the US target market, ensure PayPals integrated value proposition is competitive, and launch a series of compelling marketing that drives customer acquisition and cross-sell. Lead presentation on performance readouts, campaign launches and upcoming roadmap to senior stakeholders (Directors, Senior Directors and VPs). Support hiring and team development of Performance Marketing team. Minimum Requirements: Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Market Research, Business Administration, or a closely related field plus three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Special Skill Requirements: (1)E-commerce and merchant payment space;(2) Journey mapping;(3) Multi-channel marketing strategy;(4) Campaign management experience;(5) Marketing/ad technology(6) Market to multiple markets across EMEA and US(7) high value customer segmentation(8) B2B lead generation(9) Branding, strategy, content marketing, email marketing, paid media, direct mail and OOH Base Salary: $193,898.00 - $234,300 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
