Manager of Quality Improvement VillageCareMAX 120 Broadway, New York, NY 10271 VillageCareMAX is looking for a motivated individual for our Manager of Quality Improvement role. The Manager is responsible for full end-to-end program management of various projects and initiatives related to STAR Ratings improvement. This position will support strategy, initiative development and execution across CAHPS, HOS and Operational measures. Some of your responsibilities will be to serve as the subject matter expert in Medicare Stars Program and drive operational change and performance related to Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) and Health Outcome Surveys (HOS). Perform comprehensive analysis of Star measures, barriers and opportunities and develop improvement initiatives. Plan, organize, direct, implement and track improvement initiatives to achieve an increase in Star Ratings toward reaching the organizational 5 Star goal. Supporting Quality Improvement and Performance Improvement activities through entire project lifecycle will be vital to this role. We would like to speak to those who have a minimum of 5 years management experience in a health-related field along with 3 years experience in a quality management position. Bachelor's degree required. Knowledge of CMS, Medicare Advantage, CAHPS and HOS Surveys, Medicare Stars Program, and/or Value-Based Care. Experience in project management, data analysis and formulating work plans. Data-driven mindset and high comfort level with metrics. There are many benefits to working for VillageCare.
