What will your typical day look like? Responsible for the end to end planning of in-person, virtual and hybrid conferences/meetings/special events. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Venue selection and contracting Review and approval of vendor contracts Cost projection and budget analysis Online registration/event management Rooming lists Meeting room set-ups IT and audio-visual requirements Full production management RFP process for large scale events Catering arrangements/menu selection On-site registration Co-ordination of on-site simultaneous interpretation (when applicable) Ground transportation arrangements (when applicable) Supplier and vendor management Advise and collaborate with clients in sharing industry best practices Onsite support for all events (Primarily Toronto.
