Our rapidly expanding agency is seeking THREE talented, driven, and energetic individuals for our Manager-in-Training Program and SIX Benefit Specialists to assist Benefit Managers. All candidates must possess a strong work ethic and be self-motivated and disciplined. First-year managers earn approx. $75,000, and Senior Managers earn $100,000 plus. Benefit Specialists earn approx. $45,000-$60,000 and top performers earn over $80,000. Do you: Love to win and seek opportunities to compete? Enjoy learning new things and processes?
