The opportunity Heart & Stroke is a leader in driving health systems change across the continuum of care by leveraging evidence-based practices, current and accurate scientific and clinical knowledge, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. This work has significant impacts on health system planning, professional practice, patient care and outcomes. The Manager will play an active role in improving care, outcomes and quality of life for people in Canada living with a heart condition or caring for someone with a heart condition across all provinces and territories. Applicants must be currently residing in Canada and legally entitled to work in Canada. The Manager, Heart will be a subject matter expert in heart conditions, engage with Heart & Stroke staff across Canada, and with key internal and external partners and stakeholders in the initiation, planning, and execution of strategic action plans and initiatives to affect changes and measure resulting improvements. .
