Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis After a recent acquisition by a leading Private Equity Firm, Headwall Photonics is strengthening its financial staff at its Bolton, Mass headquarters with the addition of a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. The successful candidate will enjoy the opportunity of being a one person FP&A Department while interacting with the CEO, CFO and other senior financial and operations executives. The role with provide Financial Planning, Analytical and Reporting support to a rapidly growing manufacturing company growing both organically and through acquisition. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Analyze trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, Cost of Sales, expenses and Capital expenditures. Manage the continued development of Budgeting, Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling Tools. Monthly/Quarterly Financial Reports comparing actual, budget and prior year including the consolidation of all operating entities. Assist with the development and analysis of dashboard reports. Analyze proposed capital expenditures based of ROR and pay back. Prepare presentations to Senior Management and Board of Directors. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance Five to ten Years of Experience in Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting. Advanced Excel & Power Point required. Familiarity with data management tools highly desired. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
