This team works across all business units and directly supports the President & CEO, The Wood Green Foundation, and Wood Green’s Leadership Team to raise the profile of Wood Green as a leader, innovator, and champion of change in social service delivery through strategic marketing and communications activities with clients and donors, media, sector partners, and other key stakeholders. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Communications, the Digital Marketing Manager will support with creating strategic digital marketing plans that drive engagement, strengthen donor and client relationships, acquire new donors and clients, and support overall communications at Wood Green Community Services. What You Will Do Provide organization-wide support in the development and implementation of digital marketing and fundraising initiatives for lead generation and stewardship, including paid digital advertising, email marketing, SEO, and KPI and financial tracking reporting. Perform tests to collect and analyze data to achieve maximum ROI in digital paid campaigns. Lead the development and execution of Wood Green’s overarching email marketing strategy and calendar. Ensure digital marketing content is engaging, speaks to our audiences, meets brand standards, and motivates action to support our cause. Work in collaboration with the Manager, Website Enhancement to develop and optimize landing pages and lead forms for key campaigns and events and develop and implement effective SEO and SEM strategies to increase web traffic and visibility. .
