You’ll provide leadership for and supervise Area Engineers and Controls support staff, which will be remote from the role’s location. You’ll also work with various stakeholders throughout OTP to develop and maintain asset strategies or programs as well as project plans that adhere to company objective. You’ll provide guidance and philosophy to identify project needs throughout the company.For this role, we require a bachelor’s degree in engineering, analysis, statistics, or other related field, or the equivalent work experience. A minimum of five years of experience in the electric utility industry is preferred but not required.We’re looking for experience with developing asset lifecycle programs or asset performance management; the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal owners and stakeholders; self-starter, must have strong organization, communication and analytical skills.
