Job Duties: Conduct rigorous data analysis to help improve customer experiences and identify profitable growth opportunities for PayPal. Analyze large, multi-dimensional data sets and synthesize data insights into actionable recommendations. Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams to build world-class products and design hypothesis-driven experiments; make clear, coherent and holistic recommendations based on test results. Improve product experiences for 200+ million customers using data science techniques. Identify product metrics and monitor product performance through dashboards and ad hoc analysis. Present investment findings and recommendations to senior-level/non-technical stakeholders. Telecommuting is an option: work may be performed anywhere in the US. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Business Administration, or closely related field plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Special Skill Requirements: 1) General Ledger Accounting in SAP(2) SAP Ariba Procurement Tool(3) Kira System Contract Analysis Tool(4) Argus Real Estate Management Software (5) Smartsheet Project Management Tool(6) SAP ECC and BW Environments(7) Tableau Software(8) Bloomberg Terminal Base Salary: $140,000 -156,750 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
