MANAGEMENT ANALYST (Morrisville, NC): Conduct organizational studies & evaluations, design systems & procedures, conduct work simplification & measurement studies, & prepare operations & procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently & effectively. Coordinate the design, build, & rollout of strategic technology platforms used to provide Finance users with the ability to standardize their daily & monthly tasks, manage business processes by exception, & evidence their review & supervision in the tools. Design target business processes for strategic technology platforms through extensive interactions with global Finance business teams via working groups & workshops. Articulate exception-based workflow processes that improve efficiencies in the business process, ensuring integrity & controls are maintained. Coordinate workshops & meetings with IT teams to define requirements for the front-to-back trade lifecycle & supporting data & system infrastructure. Create large-scale change program artifacts based on Agile software methodologies such as user stories, acceptance criteria, test plans, project plans, status reports & risk & performance metrics.
