The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Managed Service Solutions Manager to join a highly motivated and experienced Managed Service Solutions team. Your role will be to support the leadership and direction of complex pan pathology network tender opportunities. Key Challenges: Deliver innovative, customer led solutions that result in the endorsement of Roche, achieve long term partnerships and profitable growth. Accountable for the sales strategy for Managed Service solutions for assigned target accounts. Build long term, collaborative, value-based relationships across the Managed Service Brand Key Responsibilities Commercial Success: You will be accountable and responsible for the successful development and delivery of the commercial strategy for designated account in line with the affiliate’s Business Plan. Inspiring & Influencing/VACC Leadership: You will build trustful relationships and effective networks across the organisation to ensure effective implementation of the Roche UK business plan, and demonstrates excellence in coaching. Customer & Market development: You will shape the customer environment, foster partnerships with key stakeholders, and co-create the design of service delivery in line with their portfolio and the wider Roche solution - creating value.
