By offering mammography and breast care within the patient's primary care or OB/GYN practice and scheduling appointments in coordination with an annual exam, compliance is easier to accomplish. The Opportunity The OWH program is unparalleled, making breast cancer screening more convenient for women. We are seeking a Mammography Coordinator who: Has very engaging interpersonal skills to greet patients, check patients in, and confirm appointments Has a focus to improve patient breast cancer screening compliance by ensuring more patients schedule mammograms in conjunction with well woman exams and/or return for annual screening on time Has comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft programs and is very computer savvy Has a commitment to hard work and patient satisfaction Has the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment Has the ability to work independently and see projects through to completion Knowledge of medical terminology very helpful We are always interested in individuals who share our vision of service to women's health.
