Still Waters Lakefront Resort is searching for a Maintenance Technician to join our Resort Maintenance Team! This is a full-time, year round position. Must be able to work weekends.Must have a proven ability to deliver kind, courteous and professional communication to anyone at all times. Service industry experience is not a requirement but highly valued! Great Starting Wage! Full Time Benefits! WE VALUE: Certifications, Technical Skills and Meaningful Experience GROWING RESORT = FUTURE GROWTH & OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADVANCEMENT Responsibilities and Duties Position Highlights: Perform in-room repairs, preventative maintenance program and general property upkeep.Will perform simple tasks like replacing filters and light bulbs, general carpentry/furniture repair. Water testing and more technical activities related to Boilers, Elevators and HVAC operations. This position requires employee to be available nights and weekends. Qualifications and Skills QUALIFICATIONS *High School Diploma or Equivalent.*Minimum of 2 years of experience in one of the following trades:HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical.*Experience with general carpentry, small appliance repair or boiler operations a plus.*Minimum 1 year of experience in Hotel/Lodging/Apartment maintenance.*Must have and maintain a valid drivers license.
