Position Overview: We are on the hunt for a Maintenance Technician who brings expertise and a genuine passion for positively impacting lives. As the vital support of our Union City, GA property, you will ensure seamless operation and pristine condition of our apartment complex. Your role is crucial in maintaining a secure and inviting atmosphere for our residents. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine and urgent maintenance and repairs across various systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. Promptly address maintenance requests and issues raised by residents and management. Develop and apply preventative maintenance plans to improve the durability and functionality of building systems and equipment. Maintain the propertys cleanliness and safety, focusing on communal and outdoor areas. Skillfully managed apartment turnovers, encompassing painting, repairs, and comprehensive cleaning. Collaborate with the property management team to resolve maintenance challenges and maintain our high standards. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and meticulously manage supply inventory. Strictly follow all safety guidelines and always adhere to company policies. Qualifications: A high school diploma (or equivalent) and technical or vocational training are esteemed. Proven experience in maintenance, preferably within a multi-family housing environment. Profound HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance knowledge. Aptitude for identifying and fixing maintenance issues swiftly and accurately. Outstanding communication skills and a positive demeanor in interactions with residents and colleagues. An organized, detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills. Self-motivated, capable of working independently or as part of a team. A valid drivers license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
