As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment. Your role involves performing routine inspections, conducting repairs, and addressing maintenance issues to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Responsibilities: Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment. Perform preventive maintenance tasks to avoid breakdowns. Schedule and carry out routine maintenance activities. Repairs: Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions. Conduct necessary repairs to restore equipment to working condition. Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs. Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in maintenance activities. Ensure the safe and proper use of machinery. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities. Document repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines. Identify and address safety hazards promptly. Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and other departments. Report maintenance issues to supervisors and provide updates on progress. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
