Pay range = $21.95 - $31.94 depending on experience B Shift: Wed/Thur - Sat 6:50am - 6:50pm One of Forest City's long-standing companies is hiring! Element provides an essential supply of recycled products to America's battery manufacturers to produce high quality, top performing batteries to power cars, trucks and forklifts, which are vital to keeping our country's supply chain running.Apply online or text recyclingjobs to 97211 to begin your pre-screening process! Responsibilities Repair and upkeep of all plant metal surfaces. Communicate with Breaker, Refining, Maintenance, QA/lab, and other departments to insure continual process. Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, flue pipes, water lines, and hydraulic systems. Install, maintain and repair all piping in the facility. Install, maintain and repair valves, hoses, fittings, bearings, gauges and meters in facility. Weld and repair all metal units in facility. Fabricate equipment and parts. Qualifications High degree of welding experience and mechanical aptitude. Ability to organize and plan workflow. Good written and oral communication skills. Computer skills.
