Johnson Management Group is seeking reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team! Summary: This person is responsible for the general care, cleaning, and minor maintenance of the building grounds, and equipment of the facilities to which assigned. Job Duties of this position include but are not limited to: 1. Servicing and making minor repairs to mechanical systems of the facilities.2. Making minor repairs to the plumbing and electrical systems and other miscellaneous repairs as assigned.3. Responsible for painting hall, rooms and other arear of the facilities as needed.4. Available to attend to emergencies when necessary.5. Prepare and submit work orders and requisitions.6. Maintain proper inventory of equipment, supplies, and other items.7. Must have the ability to assemble furniture and equipment8. Assist in the supervision of contactor(s) and other vendor technician(s).9. Support and enforce all agency policies, health and safety regulations, guidelines, etc.10. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: 1. Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record.2. Must be able to pass a Drug Screening and Background Check.3. Good work history.4. Ability to communicate well with staff, vendors, and the public. Physical Demands: This job may require lifting of objects that exceed 25lbs. with frequent lifting and / or carrying of objects weighing up to 25lbs. Other physical demands that are required are; reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, writing and seeing.
