The primary role of the Maintenance Technician is to perform preventive and general maintenance on Benchmark 30A homes and condos.Key Duties and Responsibilities:- Respond to day-to-day guest and owner maintenance requests and be able to make decisions quickly- Complete work order assignments by using our maintenance app. Input and maintain accurate time, photos, descriptions, etc.- Diagnose and repair general maintenance tasks including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, WIFI, HVAC, and general handyman skills- Installation and general maintenance of PointCentral locks- Adhere to all company, local, state, and federal laws and safety rules- Other duties assigned from time to timeREQUIREMENTS:· Vacation rental experience or relevant experience preferred· 2-3 years' general maintenance experience· Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
