Maintenance Technician Wanted

Description:
Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance requests are completed. Perform heating and air-conditioning related repairs, snow removal, etc. They assist with making vacant rental properties ready for move-in. Ensure completion of all resident work orders. In general, Maintenance Technician has a good level of knowledge and experience in the following areas: HVAC certification preferred, Plumbing, Painting, Drywall Repair, Electrical, Landscaping, Pool Cleaning and Customer Service.The ideal candidate must be out-going, friendly and reliable, possess 1-2 years' experience and should also be available to work weekdays and some weekends. Must be responsible for taking calls for after-hours emergency maintenance. Must also have own tools and vehicle.
