Title: Maintenance Technician - Painter Shift: Days 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Status: Full time Requirements for Maintenance Technician - Painter: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Associate's degree from a college, university, technical school preferred 1 year experience in general property maintenance Proof of valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred Painting, sanding and drywalling experience is a plus! Responsibilities for Maintenance Technician - Painter: The Maintenance Technician- Painter is responsible for a full range of custodial and property maintenance duties including painting, heating and ventilation troubleshooting and repair, responding to work orders, minor plumbing and electrical work, snow shoveling and landscaping while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulatory and organizational standards.
