You’ll have opportunities to interact with our residents, team members, and vendors every day. No two days will be the same! Your experience and knowledge will help prepare vacant apartments for our next resident, which includes general repairs and sometimes minor painting. You will work to respond to and resolve work orders. You will handle snow removal for these communities when it's needed, following our guidelines.You’ll work full-time, Monday through Friday. Your start and end times will be determined based on your needs and the needs of the communities you support. You will take turns responding to on-call emergencies with your co-workers. Each on-call rotation earns a weekly on-call stipend, paid directly to you even if you’re not called to the property. We’re Excited About You Because…. You are an individual who sees the big picture, acts decisively, and focuses on creating an energized and collaborative environment You work from your heart, displaying empathy and having positive regard for others You take pride in your work You are trustworthy and responsible You are detailed oriented and have strong organizational skills Specifically, our next Maintenance Technician: Lives within a 10-mile radius of Jewell Ave and Sheridan Blvd, in Southwest Denver Brings basic apartment, home, facilities, hospitals, hotel, retail or commercial real estate maintenance skills Has a personal set of general tools, including a small cordless drill, 11-in-1 screwdriver, spring-loaded plyers, utility knife, channel locks, hacksaw, caulk gun, hammer, and tape measure Candidates are req uired to provide proof of a valid Driver’s License in good standing, proof of current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle for consideration of hire.
