If you fancy working alongside a brilliant team and to continue developing your own career as you grow with us, then read on… Typical day as a Maintenance Surveyor for Disrepairs Managing disrepair cases in your patch covering Croydon, Harrow and North London and Barnet areas. This includes completing scott schedules, pre and post inspections of repairs on both responsive and void properties to ensure high-quality work and that our customers are happy with the outcome. Providing advice to guide customers to combat damp and mould issues in their homes. Providing technical disrepairs advice and support to our trades, maintenance managers, subcontractors and suppliers so we manage disrepair cases effectively and compliantly. Acting as a witness in court hearings if required. Contract management including progress against building works schedules. Utilising customer insight to support us in delivering on our customer promise. And we really are great, a top 10 Great Place to Work in the UK employer in fact! You have Building surveying experience including property condition and dilapidation surveys and specifying remedial works. Ideally hold RICS, CIOB professional registration or working towards this.
