Job Description $70,000 - $85,000 + 5% bonus Title: Maintenance Supervisor Position Overview: The Maintenance Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of maintenance operations. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, this position requires strong leadership abilities and prior experience in manufacturing settings. While a 4-year degree is not mandatory, practical experience and demonstrated leadership skills are essential for success in this role. Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks. Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and ensure adherence to maintenance plans. Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs as needed to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and inventory. Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Collaborate with other departments to support production goals and optimize equipment performance. Train and mentor maintenance personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge. Job Requirements Prior experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment is required. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Familiarity with maintenance management software is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; a 4-year degree is not required but may be beneficial. Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed.
