Monticello, AR AREA Competitive Salary Relo: Yes Our client company is seeking an experienced supervisor to be responsible for the maintainance of all equipment and facilities to optimize, safety, cost, and productivity. You must be willing to:? Detail/specify preventative maintenance programs? Specify/order all maintenance supplies (hydraulic oils/greases for plant equipment)? Be responsible for all preventative maintenance programs? Maintain/promote a safe work environment? May oversee construction/installation progress to ensure conformance? Oversee the maintenance of all building alarm systems Requirements (IF YOU DON?T HAVE THESE, DON?T APPLY):? High School diploma (2 year college preferred)? 4 years related experience in building/equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment? LEAN experience (TPM/5S/Tool Management)? Experience with environmental programs preferred? Ability to apply mathematical concepts (statistical data/fractions/percentages/ratios/proportions)? Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form?
