Princeton Radiology Associates is a physician group practice providing diagnostic imaging services at ten imaging centers and two hospitals in New Jersey.Princeton Radiology Associates is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Specialist to work at our Central Jersey offices. Summary of Position: The Maintenance Specialist performs a variety of advanced skilled maintenance, repair, alteration and building construction tasks related to all facilities and equipment within a broad framework of standard policies and procedures. This position requires skills including minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, basic mechanical work and supervises vendors. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent with ten (10) years maintenance or related experience required. Must provide own vehicle; preferably pickup truck or trailer van. Valid driver's license and safe driving record required. Must have own tools. General contractors license preferred. Knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures in area(s) of specialty. Familiar with local building codes and OSHA regulations. Ability to lift heavy equipment and moving of equipment (up to 50lbs). Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization and patients. Ability to work any time of day as the job dictates many functions need to be performed "off" hours when patients and staff are gone. Available 24/7 on-call for emergencies. Strong organizational and resolution skills. Ability to read and utilize technical manuals and drawings.
