Maintenance Repairman

Description:
The location of this position is Mayhill, New Mexico. There are multiple units that you would be responsible for. Some are empty, and some will have tenants residing in them. You would need to relocate to the area so that you could take care of any maintenance calls that are needed. This job requires skills in painting, flooring, sheet rock work, plumbing, and some minor electrical. People skills are a must. The applicant must also have a reliable truck (not a car) and basic tools (such as a hammer, tape measure, pliers, wrenches, a saw, etc.). The applicant needs to be very dependable. Monday through Friday, hours vary. Some Saturdays will be required. The applicant must be able to work well with others but mostly independently. Pay is discussed during the interview.
