The Maintenance Reliability Engineer reports to the Engineering manager in charge of Reliability and Maintenance Planning. This role is responsible for enhancing the everyday performance of the process and packaging operational reliability.This can be achieved by improving the overall equipment effectiveness, through effective analysis of maintenance planning, application of problem-solving techniques, machine operational analysis, technical training and the use of predictive maintenance principles. QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering or a related field is required, along with 2-3 years of previous maintenance reliability engineering experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.The company offers competitive wages, which include participation in bonus programs for all our team members.
