If you fancy working alongside a brilliant team and to continue developing your own career as you grow with us, then read on… A typical day as Maintenance Project Surveyor You’ll provide predictable, reliable and consistent outcomes to all Home Group customers, colleagues and stakeholders, with day-to-day accountability for quality control on planned maintenance works. Providing in house technical support, problem solving and advice on specifications and standards. You’ll ensure planned maintenance works are completed on time, to budget and specifications. Regular site inspections of works carried out in our customers homes to check quality, standards, health and safety checks, taking any corrective actions. Ensuring stock conditioning information is current and accurate to informed planned works programmes now and in the future. You’ll work in our Central South team, predominately looking after a patch of properties in Peterborough and surrounding areas. You have RICS or CIOB accredited, with a Building Surveying degree or similar qualification. Or strong equivalent professional experience. Experience of working as a tradesperson, Clerk of Works, Surveyor or other similar technical property maintenance role with a current knowledge of building construction, repairs and safety. .
