You’ll run routine inspections and maintenance and create preventative measures to keep our equipment running smoothly as long as possible and minimize any risk. Responsibilities: • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs• Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks• Manage other maintenance requests as required • Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs• Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced Qualifications: • Over 2 years of maintenance experience• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail• High school diploma/GED or equivalent• Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures• Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems Compensation: $35,000 - $50,000 yearly About Company: The Daytona Grande Oceanfront Resort introduces a new level of seaside elegance.
