Job Duties/Responsibilities:= Essential Functions 40% The ability to read detailed drawings and specifications for building and industrial equipment. Disassembles and assembles for repairs of all types of equipment and machinery, using hand tools, tradesman's tools, and welding equipment25% Responsibilities include installation of plumbing for gas, water, steam, and hydraulic lines.20% Performs preventive maintenance on machines and equipment and fills out required forms and reports.15% Operates machine and hand tools to grind, shape, fabricate, and alter equipment parts. Welds, brazes, and machines parts, metals, and equipment. Installs and relocates equipment as required also performs other associated duties as directed by supervisor.
